We're looking for a proactive and versatile Account Manager to join our team As an Account Manager, you will join a newly formed team within Game Lounge (Kiickr). From the department's very own sales team you will be the bridge between clients, platform and operations. You will manage your own portfolio of clients with superb Customer Success.

You will be responsible for growth and ensuring high-quality service through the platform. Additionally, you will engage in dialogue with clients regarding integral setups and other operational matters, requesting setups to operations. You will be a key stakeholder with a direct impact on the platform and its development. Moreover, you will be part of building something new that we have high hopes of becoming something really successful.

What you'll be doing: 

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring growth and retention.
• Be the expert for your portfolio/market – knowing sources and brands
• Excellent negotiator with data and analysis skills to back up your approach.
• Drive growth from existing clients. Optimizations and high-level decision making to increase revenue and improve KPIs. 
• Work closely with operations and other stakeholders to provide best-in-class service for your customers. Day-to-day requests, reporting and general problem solving.
• Be a key player to build and form this new project together with the rest of the team.

How you'll work:

• Full-Time - Hybrid 
• Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
• Located in St. Julian's, Malta
