We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Aftersales Service Coordinator to join our team in the fire safety and security industry. The role involves managing service requests, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients, technical team and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of service issues while maintaining compliance with fire safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring aftersales support, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, repairs, and inspections with technicians and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of service contracts, warranties, and customer correspondence.
  • Process service requests, quotations, and invoices related to aftersales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction with aftersales services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and technical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables for service activities.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Assist in developing and implementing aftersales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in an aftersales, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the fire and safety industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of fire and safety equipment or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic verbal communication/understanding of Maltese.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a technical and leadership role, with a track record of successful project completion.
