As part of our continuous expansion within the Business Process Solutions team, we are recruiting an AssistantManager Client Accounting. Reporting to the Director, the Assistant Manager will play an important role in our team as they will be leading a team of Associates responsible for a portfolio of local and international clients.Main responsibilities:Managing a diverse client portfolio resulting in high quality service delivery and within agreed timeframes as agreed with our clientsOversee the work relating to bookkeeping, reconciliations, preparation of periodic management accounts, VAT returns, tax returns and other related ad hoc work required as prepared by the team membersProviding guidance and feedback to respective team members, of around 5 to 7 AssociatesParticipate in the planning and coordinating of team resources to ensure optimum allocation and utilization of resourcesOptimise all opportunities for efficiency gains resulting from the streamlining of business processes across client files supported by the utilisation of automation and other process improvements toolsTimely preparation of all relevant billing matters and ensuring that all assignments are delivered within appropriate budgetRequirements:Minimum 2-3 years' experience working within a similar outsourcing environmentQualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, M. Accty.
