Logistics Officer

Industry: Services Location: Malta Basis: Full-time Remuneration: Salary Main Duties: Supervise and ensure scheduled routing of sales orders and required documentationTimely replenishment for picking, direct departures, and exportsCoordinate efficient stock operations (receiving, picking, replenishing, loading)Ensure smooth production and manage off-peak team tasksVerify import receipts, storage, and accurate WMS data entry for received goodsAssist with basic accounting, provide regular/ad hoc reports, and coordinate reconciled stocktakesOversee facility and fleet cleaning/upkeep; maintain related recordsReconcile supplier invoices/statements, verifying adherence to SFC's agreed prices, quantities, quality, and termsDeliver daily Kaizen Meetings What skills do you need? Ideally, have, as a minimum, an O Level standard of educationHave experience in the logistics fieldPossess ICT and good presentation skillsBe conscious of warehouse upkeepPossess strong leadership, team facilitation and problem-solving skillsBe flexible and able to work shift workHave good analytical skills and be proactive Eligibility to work in the EU is a must Want to see more jobs?
