We are currently looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our well-known restaurants

The Job

  • Communicate the Operations team's messages to staff.
  • Provide employees with verbal recognition, direction, and support.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of work groups.
  • Communicate with Managers to review work procedures and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on them during their experience.
  • Monitor employee performance and report issues to management immediately.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
  • Be present on the floor throughout the shift to assist FOH staff (handling complaints, voids, discounts, etc.).
  • Visit tables to assess guest experience and resolve issues on the spot.
  • Observe employees to ensure policy compliance and positive guest experience.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss incentive programs, new procedures, and opportunities.
  • Ensure staff follow proper procedures to maintain profitability.
  • Report any safety or equipment issues immediately to MOD.
  • Verify completion of assigned FOH duties (e.g., cleaning) with other Managers.

Job Requirements

  • Communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
  • Experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
