We are seeking a talented Sous Chef with strong culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in a dynamic, high-profile environment.


Profile we are looking for:

  • Solid experience as a Sous Chef or in senior kitchen positions within premium or high-volume venues
  • Strong knowledge of Asian or Korean cuisine, or the ability and passion to adapt and learn quickly
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team while maintaining smooth kitchen operations
  • Creativity, resilience under pressure, and a hands-on approach to problem solving
