Your mission:

• Lead the launch and set the tone from pre-opening madness to smooth daily magic
• Run the show: team, shifts, suppliers, service, quality 
• Recruit, train, and inspire a crew that shares your fire
• Collaborate with branding and marketing to make some noise locally
• Track numbers, optimize flows, cut waste, and keep the good stuff flowing
• Be the heartbeat of the place, operationally and culturally
