Job Description:

As a Head Bartender, you'll take the lead in creating and maintaining innovative cocktail menus, training and mentoring staff, managing inventory, monitoring costs, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where your creativity, expertise and passion for hospitality will make a real impact.

As a Bartender, you'll bring energy and flair to the bar, crafting high-quality drinks, engaging with guests and delivering top-notch service in a lively atmosphere.

Venues:

• Matti – Italian cuisine: classic Italian dishes with a contemporary twist, full of energy and style.
•  Tanvi – Indian cuisine: vibrant, authentic flavors and spices that take guests on a journey through India.
• Kiru – Korean cuisine: bold, traditional Korean flavors presented with a modern flair.
• Gastro Pub – English Pub: lively atmosphere, expertly crafted beers and hearty pub fare.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Head Bartender
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage trends
• A creative mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills (for Head Bartenders)
• A charismatic personality and a big smile
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
