Role Overview:

As a Reservations Specialist, you'll handle customer requests related to bookings, modifications, and cancellations through various channels—including phone, chat, email, and social media. You'll guide customers through rental options, explain policies and pricing, and ensure a smooth and stress-free rental process. With full training and support, you'll be part of a high-energy team committed to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support across multiple platforms
  • Help customers book, amend, or cancel car rentals
  • Clearly explain pricing details, insurance options, and rental policies
  • Assist with questions related to pick-up, return, and payments
  • Provide recommendations on vehicle types and rental locations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues
  • Keep accurate logs of interactions and resolutions
  • Stay up to date on policies, offers, and rental procedures
  • Engage in continuous learning to develop skills and grow within the role

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
