Verification Agent Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent Verification Agent to join our team in the iGaming Industry. This role offers a chance to grow your skills and advance your career within our Customer Operations department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct first-stage screenings by verifying and validating documents such as passports, ID documentation, bank statements, and others.
  • Perform account investigations and assess whether additional KYC documents are required.
  • Validate customer payment methods and take decisions if documents are required.
Requirements
  • You will be detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You will be trustworthy, ensuring our customers have a safe place to maximize their love of the game.
  • You will be progressive, always looking for ways to improve processes and contribute to systems improvements.
  • You will have good knowledge of the English language.
  • You will be tech-savvy, having a good understanding of processing data and interpreting information.
  • You will be flexible, able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
