Digital Experience Designer

We're seeking a seasoned UX Design Specialist with expertise in crafting intuitive digital experiences. As a key member of our iGaming team, you'll design engaging interfaces for sports betting and online casino platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centric design solutions across responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for mid- and large-scale product features.
• Utilize tools like Adobe XD or Figma to build clear and developer-ready design assets.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX into working front-ends.
• Work closely with Marketing and Acquisition teams to align designs with campaign goals and brand standards.
• Accurately interpret briefs and user data, ask the right questions, and advocate for UX best practices.
• Prioritize and manage multiple UX and design tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field (optional).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional UX Designer, preferably in a digital product or e-commerce environment (required).
• Proven experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile (required).
• Prior experience in the iGaming industry, especially in sports betting and online casino interfaces (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (required).
• Proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma (required).
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability heuristics, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing (required).
• Familiarity with AI-supported tools (optional).
