We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to the company on various legal matters. You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, review and negotiate contracts, and assist in resolving legal disputes. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of a dynamic and fast-growing company.

As a valued member of our team, we will empower you with the following exciting responsibilities:

• Craft and finalize various agreements, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard the company's complete legal rights.
• Deliver precise and prompt legal advice to management executives across a diverse range of topics, including labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and more.
• Clarify legal terminology or specifications whenever necessary.
• Investigate and assess various risk factors associated with business decisions and operations.
• Present legal issues to management executives, complete with thorough analysis, options, and well-informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel on critical matters and complaints involving the Company, while also overseeing their activities, including representation in court when the Company's interests are at stake.
• Stay updated on any changes in legislation to ensure compliance and proactive management.
• Conduct any additional tasks as needed to meet the evolving demands of the business.

Requirements

• Possess a Doctorate of Laws or a Legal Degree; Master considered an asset;
• At least 4 years' experience as a lawyer including in litigation and iGaming experience;
• Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law; employment and data protection law considered an asset;
• Very good command of the English language, written and spoken (other language/s an advantage);
• Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams;
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions
