Job Overview

Quad Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our team. As a Fund Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of NAV calculations, financial/management reporting, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare NAV calculations accurately and in line with deadlines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of work.
  • Perform financial/management reporting of funds.
  • Prepare cash and security reconciliations.
  • Prepare accounting schedule and maintain the accounting file.
  • Prepare financial statements under IFRS format.
  • Manage regulatory reporting.
  • Oversee the Fund Accounting relationship with Team Managers.
  • Deal with auditors.
Requirements
  • A-level standard in Accountancy as a minimum.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in fund accounting would be considered an asset.
  • Able to work accurately to meet tight deadlines.
  • Takes initiative and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent administrative and business support skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work calmly under pressure.
  • Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience on PFS-Paxus will be considered an asset.
Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
