About the Role: Quad Consultancy is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in Malta.

Salary: €28,000 - €35,000 per annum.

Job Description: As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for conducting general bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations, and processing payments. You will also assist in the preparation of VAT returns and coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders as needed.

Main Duties:

  • Post invoices and process payments in a timely manner
  • Conduct financial reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle document filing responsibilities and maintain organized records
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the team's goals

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, terminology, and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with knowledge of Navision being a plus. You must also have excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of Maltese being desirable.
