Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Quad Consultancy in Malta. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing NAV calculations accurately and in line with deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery of work, and financial/management reporting of funds. Additionally, they will prepare cash and security reconciliations, accounting schedules, and financial statements under IFRS format, as well as manage the Fund Accounting relationship with Team Managers and deal with auditors.

Requirements:

  • A-level standard in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in fund accounting or related field
  • Excellent administrative and business support skills, including ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word and Excel
