Job Description for a Financial Operations Specialist at Quad Consultancy:

Basis: Full-time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform periodic and annual closing journals and complete management accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with auditors throughout the annual audit process.
  • Drive improvements in systems and procedures, taking proactive steps towards continuous enhancement.
  • Support junior staff members and other team members.
Requirements:
  • A fully qualified accountant or close to completing the accountancy qualification.
  • Prior local experience within a multi-client environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and within a team.
  • Fluency in Maltese and English.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.
