Job Title: Senior Trading Solutions Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our trading platform development, driving innovation and scalability to enhance the customer experience.

About the Role
  • Define the strategic vision for our trading platform, aligning with business goals.
  • Prioritize and drive the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop powerful trading tools and improvements in our core engine.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product plans, incorporating market trends and operational demands.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet expectations before going live.
  • Foster strong partnerships across departments to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end trading tools and solutions.
  • Proven expertise in trading and large-scale betting offer management, ideally across multiple licenses/regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience collaborating closely with software development and design teams.
