**Job Summary**

The Logistics Coordinator for Furniture Installation will oversee and coordinate the logistics, delivery, and installation of furniture for clients. This role ensures that all operations are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed plans for the delivery and installation of furniture.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and timelines.
  • Create schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation.
  • Oversee the logistics process, including transportation and warehousing of furniture.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of furniture to prevent damage.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to negotiate terms and optimize delivery routes.
  • Lead and manage a team of delivery and installation staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery and installation.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on delivery and installation performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all operations, including delivery schedules, inventory records, and client communications.

Working Conditions:
