A well-established client, a local media news organisation is searching for a Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive to join their team. Responsibilities include:

Pitching commercial and business media proposals to our large portfolio of clients and to potential new clients through cold calling and virtual meetings
Client relationship building, consolidating existing business relationships and nurturing new one
Negotiating and closing leads on large packages in a successful and professional manner, always keeping our clients' interests at heart
Monitoring the local market as well as social media, and staying up-to-date with current affairs to continue widening our extensive client base through business development undertakings
Be continuously proactive on a business development front, looking out for opportunities for growth and consolidation on a daily basis

A remuneration package of €40,000+ is rewarded through the advertised gross basic salary, a 4-tier commission structure, monthly target bonuses, and annual performance bonuses, once monthly and annual targets are reached.
RequirementsExcellent communication in both Maltese AND EnglishExcellent organisational, interpersonal and sharp negotiation skillsMulti-tasking skills, focused, and agile to carry out tasks in a swift mannerCandidates need to follow the local media industry and be active in social media, including LinkedIn and FacebookCandidates must be structured, resilient and ambitiousProficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel and OutlookEducation and ExperienceA' Level Standard of Education as a minimumStrong background and experience in sales/business development is a mustBenefitsBirthday Leave39-hour work week
