As part of our continued growth, we're searching for a Swedish Marketing Manager who will accelerate our player acquisition and fuel long-term market growth. You will oversee all Swedish-facing marketing execution, ensuring campaigns deliver results, follow regulations, and resonate with poker players in Sweden.
Role Overview
This is a strategic execution role focused on delivering sustainable market growth in Sweden. You will provide direction, oversight, and coordination across Swedish marketing activities, ensuring global strategies translate into effective, high-performing local execution.
You will not own the Swedish P&L, but you will own how GGPoker is marketed in Sweden, how campaigns perform locally, and how we acquire and engage Swedish poker players.
This position blends high-level prioritisation and decision-making with practical involvement when necessary to keep execution moving efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Lead Swedish Customer Acquisition Efforts
  • Drive marketing initiatives focused on acquiring new Swedish poker players.
  • Analyse and optimise Swedish conversion funnels to improve efficiency.
  • Manage Swedish Market Growth Initiatives
  • Oversee and optimise ongoing marketing efforts that support long-term growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reach, awareness, and performance in Sweden.
  • Oversee Local Campaign Execution
  • Ensure all Swedish-facing campaigns are localised, compliant, high quality, and delivered on time.
  • Direct localisation for copy, messaging, and player-facing materials.
  • Develop Partnerships with Affiliates & Community Partners
  • Support Swedish affiliates, streamers, and poker communities.
  • Provide partners with accurate, on-brand materials that support acquisition goals.
  • Ensure Compliance with Swedish Regulations
  • Guarantee all Swedish marketing follows the Swedish Gambling Act, Spelinspektionen guidelines, and responsible gambling standards.
  • Maintain strict quality control and compliance review processes.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing roles with a focus on customer acquisition and market growth.
  • Native-level Swedish and excellent English.
  • Passion for poker and industry familiarity.
  • Strong organisational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple streams at once.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience overseeing marketing quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Background in poker marketing or deep poker ecosystem knowledge.
  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, esports, or other regulated industries.
  • Existing relationships with Swedish poker communities, influencers, or affiliates.
  • Experience optimising acquisition funnels or delivering measurable growth improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify Swedish growth opportunities quickly.
  • Experience overseeing marketing compliance processes.
  • Proactive, self-driven approach with a "get things done" mindset.
