Role Overview:

As an Airline Support Specialist, you'll handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, and travel policies through multiple channels—including phone, chat, email, and social media. You'll guide passengers through booking options, provide clear information on fares and baggage, and ensure a smooth, stress-free travel experience. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you'll be part of a high-energy team dedicated to world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, timely support across phone, chat, email, and social platforms

  • Assist customers with booking flights, making changes, or processing cancellations

  • Clearly explain fares, baggage allowances, policies, and special services

  • Help passengers with questions about check-in, boarding, and travel requirements

  • Offer recommendations for routes, upgrades, and travel options

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex cases

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes

  • Stay informed on airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations

  • Take part in continuous training to build skills and grow within the role

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
