Are you fluent in both German and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for dedicated Contact Centre Agents to support our international airline operations. This is an exciting opportunity to help customers navigate their travel experiences while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information on flight schedules, bookings, and airline services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
