Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Operations Coordinator to join their growing online casino team. This junior-level role is integral in configuring and executing promotional campaigns within the internal back-office system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate setup of bonuses, offers, and player-facing campaigns, working closely with CRM and marketing teams to bring promotions to life.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and schedule casino and sportsbook promotions in the back-office system according to campaign briefs and marketing plans.
- Set up promotional mechanics including deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournaments, and loyalty rewards.
- Perform QA checks before promotions go live to guarantee flawless execution.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure accurate setup and smooth campaign launches.
- Monitor live promotions, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations, settings, and processes for internal reference.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical setups.
- Proficiency in working with CMS, back-office tools, and internal promotional platforms.
- Knowledge of online casino promotions, bonus structures, and wagering mechanics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with strong command of English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in iGaming or CRM-related operations will be considered an asset.
