Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you'll manage email and live chat inquiries—no phone calls involved. You'll help ensure content quality, uphold community standards, and detect potential fraud, all while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and clearly to customer inquiries via email and live chat

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to meet platform standards

  • Investigate and act on suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Maintain accurate and organized case records

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes

  • Leverage modern tools to deliver high-quality, informative responses

  • Meet performance goals while supporting overall team success

  • Communicate with internal departments and external partners for consistent service

  • Stay informed on best practices through regular training and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
