We are looking for a Paid Social Advertising Specialist to join the Marketing team.

The person will be part of our International Marketing Department and shall report to the Marketing Manager.

The position is available in our Netherlands and Malta locations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives from awareness to performance. 
• Build and implement a successful social media strategy across all relevant channels (paid and organic) - from channel implementation to community management
• Handle the setup, including targeting parameters, budgets, ad creatives and monitor brand, performance, app-install and dynamic feed campaigns to optimize performance.
• You will be responsible for tracking and measuring KPI's to assess and strategize for better performance.
• Evaluate campaign data to measure ROI and engagement, making data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
• Effectively brief agency and in-house creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns, providing clear guidance on the best performing and necessary assets and specs.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of Social Ads Managers (Meta, Snapchat etc). Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
• A basic understanding of A/B testing, attribution and tracking principles
• Preferable Dutch speaker with creative affinity 2-3 years experience in Paid Social
