Do you want to work in the iGaming industry and build a career in customer service? Our client is looking for Danish-Speakers who want to move to Malta

Join our client's team as a Customer Account Advisor and support customers via chat and email on a wide range of topics related to their account. Enjoy a hybrid working model and a full relocation package including accommodation and flight reimbursement.

What will you do?

  • Provide support to our customer base via live chat and email

  • Review and escalate customer inquiries to superiors when required

  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries related to payments, verification, betting, and technical issues

  • Work in shifts covering five days from seven, including weekends and public holidays

  • Operate under a hybrid model with both office-based and remote work

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in spoken and written Danish

  • Good command of English

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
