With other versatile tasks, a big part of your job will be planning and executing the outbound calls to our customers and helping to maintain the high-performance level within the teams included. You will be controlling the customers' journey from the beginning and making processes short and effective all the way.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for all outgoing customer inquiries.
- Ensure timely and reliable phone and email-based assistance to players with their document submission or verification.
- Coordinate, execute and collaborate with other departments to handle outbound calls related to registration and document upload.
- Provide exceptional outbound customer service and support to all players.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document submissions.
- Assist in making the registration process smooth and efficient for new customers.
- Responsible for a part of onboarding our new customers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in the Dutch and English language (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or compliance roles.
- Strong eye for details and good organising skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to customer due diligence.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
