We are now looking for a Senior Sportsbook Manager who will be responsible for the growth of Sportsbook across the Rizk ( EU ) and Inkabet ( Peru ). Up for the challenge? 

A taster of what you will be involved with.. 

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive the development of the Sportsbook product at a strategic level and contribute to the long-term Sportsbook technology roadmap
  • Managing a team of two: a sportsbook manager and a sportsbook coordinator
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, from concept and briefing to resource allocation, analysis, reporting, and optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a locally curated product, raising development requests to overcome obstacles where necessary
  • Follow and enhance internal processes and campaign strategies with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Manage bonus spend budget to ensure campaigns contribute effectively to overall business targets
  • Oversee banners and onsite content to maintain a high standard of visual and editorial consistency
  • Work closely with stakeholders to optimize site experience and customer journeys across all devices, focusing on usability and accessibility
  • Act as the key expert for Sportsbook in dedicated markets, with full responsibility for vertical growth
  • Deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders on local campaign performance, backed by customer insights and behavioral understanding
