About the Role

As a Sportsbook Manager at Cherry Online, you will have full responsibility for the daily operations and optimization of our sportsbook covering multiple strong brands. You will ensure that we offer the right types of markets and competitive pricing that meet customer expectations and business goals. The role is based in Malta where you will work closely with product and business teams. An important part of your work is to balance the overall perspective with brand specific needs, where different focus areas may apply to each brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and optimization of the sportsbook.
  • Own and adjust the selection of markets, leagues, and bet types across multiple brands.
  • Define pricing frameworks and margin principles in collaboration with product and business teams.
  • Monitor performance, analyze betting patterns, and ensure that changes provide measurable value.
  • Keep track of competitors and market trends, initiating improvements to the daily offering.
  • Provide insights and high level planning for the development of the product.
  • Ensure that processes and deliveries comply with requirements from relevant authorities in applicable jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sportsbook management with a focus on pricing and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of pricing models, risk, and betting patterns and how these affect profitability and customer experience.
  • Analytical and data driven with experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and continuous performance tracking.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator able to balance the overall perspective with brand specific priorities.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English with clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt tone to audience and context.
