Where you Fit In:

You'll be joining our experienced Product team during an exciting period of growth, with new markets launching and innovative features being developed. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure clear, actionable requirements are delivered for cross-team projects. Your role is central to delivering products that help Sportingtech stay ahead of the curve in a competitive and constantly evolving industry.

You understand how to turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions - and you know how to get the right answers from the right people. With a strong background in iGaming, you're confident in navigating stakeholder conversations, translating product vision into functional requirements and working across departments to keep projects moving forward. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love digging into detail.

The impact you will have:

  • Drive requirement gathering across multiple teams for high-impact product initiatives
  • Deliver detailed user stories, process flows, and functional documentation that support our developers and product managers
  • Play a key role in shaping new features and platform enhancements
  • Ensure that all requirements align with business goals and technical constraints
  • Proactively solve product problems and improve internal processes for documentation and communication
  • Help Sportingtech maintain its reputation for speed, quality, and innovation in iGaming solutions

What we're looking for:

​

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a fast-paced software environment
  • 3+ years of experience working within the iGaming industry
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience writing clear, concise documentation for development teams (ideally in B2B environments)
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart/Visio
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to build detailed user journeys and process flows
  • Experience working in regulated markets (preferred)
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills (a bonus but not essential)
  • A passion for Gaming and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends
