Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior CS & Ops Process optimisation manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the key to ensuring our Customer Service and Operations functions run as smoothly as possible. Your main goal will be to review, optimise, and update internal processes, with a focus on improving the customer experience and team workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in online gaming, especially within the social gaming and sweepstakes space, who is eager to drive tangible improvements and make a big impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Review & Optimisation: You will proactively identify and evaluate our current internal processes to find ways to improve, streamline, and automate them.

Process Documentation & Updates: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation. It's crucial that all changes are clearly communicated to the team.

Stakeholder Alignment: You'll work closely with the Training and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to make sure any process changes are smoothly integrated into training materials and quality checks.

Customer Journey Analysis: You will continuously assist with the review and analysis of our customer journeys to find and fix pain points, making sure we're always improving the overall customer experience.

Fraud, Payments & Risk Management: You will use your knowledge of fraud, payments, and risk processes to identify and implement optimizations that balance efficiency with security.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or opernations role within the online gaming industry. experience with a social gaming operator or sweepstakes gaming product is a significant advantage, but a strong iGaming background is also perfectly acceptable.

Knowledge: A solid understanding of customer support workflows, fraud detection, payments processing, and risk management.

Problem-Solving: You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Communication: You'll need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to various teams.

Initiative: We're looking for a self-starter with a proactive, "can-do" attitude who is eager to take ownership of projects.

Adaptability: You must be willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
