One of Malta's leading law firms is looking for a Junior Accountant. As a Junior Accountant, you will be part of a high-performing, diverse team, assisting senior accountants and managing a wide range of international clients across various industries.

This role offers a salary up to €30K plus excellent benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of companies
  • Offering support with VAT returns and other VAT related tasks
  • Working on client corporate income tax computations and returns
  • Reporting to management

Skills & Experience

  • In possession of or currently pursuing ACCA
  • Possession of the professional certificate in taxation
  • Proficiency in English at a C2/native level both written and spoken
  • Experience with Maltese VAT and income tax
  • Based in Malta
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
