Your Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, offering outstanding support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist with inquiries, resolve concerns, and offer product information, always keeping the customer's needs front and center.
  • Transform challenges into solutions, handling customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with an amazing, diverse team to maintain high service standards and create lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about our services and products to deliver accurate and helpful advice to every customer interaction.
  • Record customer interactions and provide valuable feedback to help improve our service offerings.

What We Need From You:

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native), with excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) for seamless communication with our international team.
  • A genuine desire to help people and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor with a customer-first approach.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
