What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, offering top-tier support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer queries, provide troubleshooting assistance, and offer guidance on products and services.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Work closely with a dynamic team to maintain high standards of service.
  • Stay updated on our product offerings and services to ensure you provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Record customer interactions, report feedback, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (native or near-native), with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) for clear communication within our international team.
  • A customer-first attitude with a passion for problem-solving and helping others.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we welcome those with a strong willingness to learn.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
  • A friendly, professional, and empathetic approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 02:00 AM (shift hours may vary).
