What You Will Do

• Day-to-day handling of KYC Queues (such as Emails, Verification of KYC Documents, Escalations, Processing of Withdrawals etc depending on team, as per daily tasks assigned by the Team Lead and/or Senior on Duty);
• Strive to achieve individual KPIs as discussed with the Team Lead;
• Complete thorough risk assessments when customers are identified via internal triggers and reports and complete actions to address any account activity concerns found;
• Analyse and interpret account activity in order to identify behaviour that may indicate problem gambling, money laundering and/or fraud concerns;
• Be a point of contact in the wider operations team for subject-areas concerning your team;
• Work closely with your team, the Compliance team and the other Operations teams to identify areas of weakness and process improvement possibilities.

What We're Looking For

• Due Diligence, AML & Safer Gambling highly interest you and is an area where you want to grow professionally;
• Experience with the UK market and regulations, any other experience with working on other jurisdictions will be considered as an asset;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language;
• You have strong integrity and professional ethics;
• Diligent and able to work on your own initiative;
• Be organised, responsible, with an excellent eye for detail;
• Be a good team player with a positive mindset and understand the necessity of keeping a dynamic working environment;
