We are currently looking for a Dim Sum Chef to join our well-known restaurants

Job Role

  • Prepare a variety of traditional dim sum dishes with attention to authenticity and quality
  • Master techniques for making dumplings, buns, rolls, and other dim sum specialties
  • Ensure all dishes meet recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • Manage ingredient inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations strictly
  • Contribute to menu development and suggest new dim sum creations


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a dim sum chef or similar Chinese kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of dim sum recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)
  • Good communication skills and teamwork ability
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks
