What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent service to our Swedish customers: Engage with customers via email, phone, and chat, helping them with their inquiries and providing top-quality solutions.
  • Deliver timely and efficient solutions: Address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with colleagues in various departments to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Share insights for improvement: Offer feedback from customer interactions to help enhance products, services, and processes.
  • Set clear expectations and exceed customer satisfaction: Always aim to go above and beyond in delivering the best possible experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) – You will be interacting directly with our Swedish-speaking customers, so fluency is key.
  • Customer-focused: A strong desire to help people and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills: Clear, concise communication and active listening are essential for success in this role.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Ability to think quickly and creatively to address customer concerns.
  • Customer support experience (preferred but not required): While experience in customer service is an advantage, we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using customer support tools and learning new software.
