What Youll Be Doing:

  • Be the voice of our company, providing outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, solve problems, and offer product guidance, all while maintaining a positive and friendly approach.
  • Turn challenges into opportunities by resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with a fantastic team of professionals to provide consistent, high-quality service.
  • Keep up-to-date with our products and services to always deliver the best advice and information to our customers.
  • Record interactions and track customer feedback to continually improve our service.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Swedish (native or near-native level), with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with the international team.
  • A passion for helping others and solving problems.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease and stay calm under pressure.
  • A friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
