​We are now seeking to grow the Sales Team and are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Senior Technical Sales Executive.

​The Role

Requiring a good understanding of IT, the role is ideal for a professional with a strong enthusiasm for tech, an individual passionate about helping businesses harness the power of technology. ​As a Senior Technical Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, enabling you to contribute to our company's growth. Collaborating closely with our technical and marketing teams, you will be key in putting forward tailored IT solutions that meet our clients' specific needs.

​What You'll Do

  • Design and execute strategies and tactics for outbound lead generation.
  • Actively prospect and build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline on the company's CRM system.
  • Demonstrate expertise in converting leads into revenues.
  • Understand our service offering, how we deliver services and why our services are important to our customers.
  • Understand the prospect's needs, overcome objections, and tailor solutions for each prospect.
  • Effectively coordinate pre-sales activities with all relevant stakeholders to ultimately close the sale in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver professional proposals that match the prospect's needs.
  • Be involved in the development and execution of marketing and product strategies, by keeping abreast of advancements in digital technology and sharing feedback internally.

What You'll Need ​

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling complex IT solutions and services on the local market.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field. Relevant technical certifications (Azure, Cisco, Fortinet) will also be considered.
  • Be an excellent communicator and have the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Be passionate about selling and making a difference to our customers.
  • Be highly driven by clear yearly goals and sales targets.
  • Be a team player with the ability to work well with colleagues and hold yourself accountable to goals.
  • Have strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Be frank and honest with customers and internal teams and management.
  • To keep yourself well informed on the latest technology trends.

Please note that an important requirement of this role is the attainment of a Personnel Security Clearance certificate applied for in Malta. An application for this certificate can only be processed by the relevant authority if the applicant is from either an EU Member State or has been residing in the Maltese islands for the past five years.
