The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen within our organisation for a motivated individual seeking flexible part-time work in an interesting role.

The role is that of a Sales Administrator within the Sales Team.   Acting as an administrative assistant to the Sales and Marketing Teams, the Sales Administrator supports the Sales Team and liaises with other teams within the Company.  

​

What you'll do 

  • Manage and close renewal sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and route any complex leads and opportunities to other members in the sales team for further development and closure. 
  • Manage and develop, together with other members, sales quotations. 
  • Formulate client contracts, sales orders and other sales related documentation.
  • Maintain Company's CRM systems ensuring update of relevant data.
  • Assist in and support marketing activities including campaigns, sponsorships, events, social media and drafting of reports.
  • Assist in the dispatch process of tickets, allowing the technical teams to achieve an efficient utilization of their resources, by triaging via phone or email and ensuring ticket documentation is of optimal quality.  
  • Work closely and build strong relationships with suppliers.

  • You pride yourself on being self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • You appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.

A one-year experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

Please note that an important requirement of this role is the attainment of a Personnel Security Clearance certificate applied for in Malta. An application for this certificate can only be processed by the relevant authority if the applicant is from either an EU Member State or has been residing in the Maltese islands for the past five years.
