If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Avento MT is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative HR tasks, HR system management, onboarding/offboarding processes, coordination of employee medical insurance, organizing team-building activities, and providing office support.
If you have a strong command of English and knowledge of Russian, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative HR Tasks: Assist in maintaining HR records, preparing HR documents, and managing employee files.
  2. HR System Management: Handle data entry and updates in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and orientation.
  4. Employee Medical Insurance: Manage employee medical insurance plans, liaising with providers, and assisting employees with inquiries.
  5. Team-Building Activities: Organize and coordinate team-building events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
  6. Office Support: Provide general office support, including managing office supplies and assisting with office-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Energetic and team-oriented player with a genuine care for people.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
  • Proficient in both English and Russian (written and spoken).
  • Previous HR experience or relevant education is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR systems/software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
