This role sits at the heart of the company, ensuring the people side of our business runs smoothly and with genuine care. The Office Manager creates a welcoming, well-organised environment where everything works seamlessly behind the scenes. This person will be the go-to person for support, answers, and a friendly face—taking pride in handling every detail so our people can focus on doing their best work.
What You Will Do:
- Be the first friendly face people see — welcoming visitors, candidates, and colleagues.
- Organise the office layout, order supplies, and maintain office equipment.
- Oversee office upkeep and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Manage contracts and handle price negotiations with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
- Assist employees with office-related queries.
- Liaise with facility providers, including cleaning and security services.
- Manage local merchandise, bills, and general day-to-day errands.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of company data.
- Support the planning and execution of company events.
- Organise weekly office treats and lunches to keep the team engaged and connected.
- Coordinate staff travel (flights, hotels, transportation).
- Build strong, positive relationships with suppliers, teammates, and other stakeholders.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and contribute to new projects as they arise.
- Take photos and support the HR team with employer-branding initiatives.
- Provide support to HR, leadership, and the executive team when needed.
Your Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Enjoys working with people and takes pride in supporting others.
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented — someone who likes things done properly.
- Clear and confident communicator at all levels of the business.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Communicates professionally and warmly, in person and in writing.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Experience arranging flights, hotel bookings, and transportation.
- Reliable and adaptable to the company's needs.
- Most importantly: genuinely cares about creating a positive workplace experience.
