Role Overview:

With comprehensive training provided, you'll handle customer inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social media. Whether managing reservations or resolving concerns, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple communication channels
  • Assist with car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations
  • Provide information on pricing, insurance, and rental policies
  • Support customers with vehicle pickup, drop-off, and payment-related issues
  • Offer guidance on rental terms, locations, and available options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
  • Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and industry updates
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and grow your career

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
