Role Overview:

As a Reservations Specialist in car rental customer support, you'll help customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries through phone, chat, email, and social media. Your role will be to ensure a seamless rental experience by providing details on pricing, policies, and vehicle options, while addressing any issues. With comprehensive training, you'll become part of a dynamic team focused on providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through multiple communication platforms
  • Assist customers with booking cars, making changes, and processing cancellations
  • Share detailed information about pricing, insurance, and rental policies
  • Support customers with vehicle pickup, drop-off, and payment inquiries
  • Advise on rental terms, locations, and available vehicle options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
  • Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training to refine your skills and grow in your career

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
