Location: Malta On-siteSchedule: Rotational shifts (07:00 - 15:30 / 15:30- 00:00), 5x week Contract: Indefinite, Full-Time Languages Required: Any Nordic Language (C1+) + English (B2) Are you passionate about digital safety and keen to contribute to a secure online community? We're looking for Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join an international team in sunny Malta In this hybrid role (70% customer support, 30% content moderation), you'll interact via email and chat only, helping users and ensuring that platforms remain safe and compliant. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chatReview and moderate online content (images, text, profiles)Apply platform guidelines and local regulationsEscalate violations and identify workflow improvementsMeet performance KPIs and contribute to team goalsParticipate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets What Were Looking For: Basic technical skills (MS Office Excel, Word) Fast learner with strong attention to detail Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends No prior experience required full training provided Clean criminal record or 2 employer references (mandatory upon arrival) Salary & Benefits: 1625 to 1990 euros/monthlyQuarterly government bonus (~130)Performance-based bonus up to 200 twice a yearHealth insurance after 6 monthsFree transport from popular areas (e.g., Sliema, St. Julians, Gzira, etc.)️ Airport pick-up and hotel accommodation (up to 3 weeks)️Flight reimbursement up to 200 (after 6 months)️ Help finding housing with agency discounts Family relocation possible (support only applies to the hired candidate) ️ Recruitment Process: Application review First interview (Microsoft Teams) Online assessment Final interview Offer and onboarding Apply now and start your Mediterranean journey in Malta (Only candidates with EU passports or valid work permits for Malta are eligible.)Airport pick-up and hotel accommodation (up to 3 weeks)️Flight reimbursement up to 200 (after 6 months)️Help finding housing with agency discountsFamily relocation possible (support only applies to the hired candidate)
