About the Role

This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, policies, and legal requirements. You will be responsible for identifying and acting on harmful content, maintaining high accuracy and consistency, and reporting violations to the appropriate teams.

Your Profile
  • Fluent in German: As a native German speaker, you must have excellent written and spoken skills to effectively moderate and communicate regarding German-language content.
  • Good communication skills in English: English is essential for team collaboration and internal communications.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to your work is crucial for reviewing and moderating content.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to make quick decisions in complex situations, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently: Comfortable managing tasks with limited supervision, especially when working remotely.
