Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost control measures.
  3. Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  4. Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized professional qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Autodesk and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and mutual support.
