Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all casino operations across a portfolio of three licenses and over 20+ brands. This includes owning the casino P&L, managing commercial agreements, and controlling costs to maximize profitability. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive casino strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.

In addition, you will manage a small team of specialists, driving innovation and ensuring revenue and engagement targets are met across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive casino strategy
  • Managing commercial agreements and controlling costs
  • Owning key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Creating and maintaining reporting and alerts
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure product alignment with customer needs

You will be expected to work closely with our marketing, CRM, and customer support teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the online casino industry
  • 2-3 years of experience in a managerial position within casino operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with KPI analysis and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and regulations

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
