Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary of €120,000 - €180,000 depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing successful casino strategies that align with business objectives
  • Owning the casino P&L and managing commercial agreements to maximize profitability
  • Leading a team of specialists to drive innovation and meet performance targets
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, legal, and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5-8 years' experience in online casino operations, with 2-3 years in a managerial position
  • Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
