About the Role:

Level-Up is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Civil and Structural Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering optimal design solutions that meet customer satisfaction and align with business goals.

About You:

  • You have a recognized professional qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering and a proven track record in drafting complex and/or large-scale projects.
  • You possess strong knowledge of applicable standards, legislation, and practices in the Construction industry.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk, Revit, and related software, with knowledge of BIM considered an asset.
  • You excel in written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Partner in producing and coordinating schematic and detailed technical drawings, transitioning from concept designs to detailed sketches and drawings.
  • Support the Civil and Structural Engineering team in delivering project solutions, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical and drawing schedules, conduct building surveys, and manage documentation of design work.
  • Represent Level-Up in meetings with clients, professionals, and suppliers, ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
